The Radioisotope Production Manager is a key member of the management team charged with the development and execution of both short and long-term product development plans; Identifying strategic initiatives and priorities consistent with commercial plans; Hiring and developing members of the manufacturing team in support of the ideal employee experience, strong customer relationships, and exceptional organizational results.

- Strategic Leadership
- Develops and implements strategic plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality assurance aligned with organizational objectives.
- Plans, develops, and oversees implementation of comprehensive operating plans with the goals of continually increasing throughput, consistent quality process control and on time delivery.
- Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
- In collaboration with the Office of Business Development, develops and maintains relationships with Niowave's partners and customers.
- Team Management
- Leads and inspires a diverse team of skilled professionals.
- Establishes and maintains a technical direction and supervisory oversight structure for the department, including career progression and succession planning.
- Within the department and across the organization, fosters a culture of respect, safety, quality, and continuous improvement aligning with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Development Oversight
- Directs the medical isotopes team, including day-to-day oversight of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, safety and quality by demonstrating strong leadership and management capabilities focusing on operational excellence, supply requirements and quality expectations.
- Meets development goals for production and research/development activities in unison with maintaining safety, quality, productivity, schedule attainment, and morale.
- Establishes and maintains strong communication channels and processes with internal and external customers.
- Process Optimization, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance
- Engages team members in continuous improvement.
- Implements and maintains quality control standards to meet/exceed customer expectations for both production and research/development.
- Ensures production/manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What you need to succeed...
Bachelor degree in engineering or other technical field or equivalent experience.
Engineering experience in both the Research/Development and Production/Manufacturing environments.
10+ years cumulative experience in manufacturing operations within a GMP pharmaceutical or
