Location: Aberdeen, WA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift Information: 0700-1530
Description:
The CT Technologist, under the direction of the Radiology Manager and the Radiologist, performs computerized Tomography procedures including procedures of an invasive nature. Machine is a Toshiba Aquilon 64 slice scanner.
The CT Technologist positions and instructs the patient, operates various pieces of specialized equipment and determines the technical factors for exposure. They must insure correct marking/labeling of all films.
The CT Technologist must consistently provide safe, quality patient care.
Graduate of approved AMA school of Radiology and be a registered ARRT
Possess knowledge in cross sectional anatomy
Possession of two years diagnostic experience desirable
Requires computer skills
Demonstrates accurate judgment/decision making ability consistent with radiology knowledge and skills
Provides quality customer service and patient care using the standard radiology technology in accordance with established hospital policy/procedures
