Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Hourly Rate: $36.00

Shift Notes:

Schedule MUST include afternoon/evening shifts with weekend rotation. / 4, 10 hour or 5 8 hour shifts considered

Position Summary:

Provides diagnostic services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, the Department of Corrections, and home health locations. This role involves using portable radiography equipment to perform X-rays and, if required, EKGs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and competent technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform and process X-rays.
• Transport and set up X-ray equipment at various facilities as ordered by physicians.
• Perform EKGs as needed and ensure their accurate transmission for cardiologist interpretation.
• Manage and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
• Maintain professional communication with peers, management, dispatch, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating portable diagnostic equipment and producing high-quality diagnostic images.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
