About the Job
Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Radiologic Technologist to become part of our client's team in West Des Moines, IA - 50266. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Pay
$25 to $32 an hour
Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- Weekends as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate from a Radiologic Technology program
- Permit to Practice in the State of Iowa (RTR)
- ARRT (R) Certification
- CPR Certification
- High School Graduate
- Experience in medical imaging setting
Preferred:
- Orthopaedic setting experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Desktop/MRI Computer experience
- Internal and External PACS System experience

- Demonstrated professional stability: Preference for candidates with 2+ years in recent roles.

Job Summary
Responsible for performing patient X-rays as ordered by physicians and handling clinical tasks, which include managing patient flow, preparing charts, assisting physicians with injections, accessing PACS images, applying and removing dressings, removing stitches or staples, and assisting with the minor application of splints.
