Shift Times: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday - Friday

Hours/Day: 8

Job Overview:

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations. You will operate portable radiographic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation. You may also perform EKGs as needed and be responsible for the transport and maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
• Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment to various locations for patient exams.
• Perform EKGs and transmit results for cardiologist interpretation as needed.
• Ensure that all images are clinically diagnostic and technically competent.
• Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch, management, and peers to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep vehicle and X-ray equipment in good working condition.

Physical Demands:

The role requires lifting and transporting equipment that may weigh between 50-100 lbs. The use of ramps and pulleys reduces weight strain, but manual effort may still be required during transport, with up to 50 lbs of force being exerted multiple times a day.

Qualifications:

• ARRT Certification required.
• Must maintain valid state licensure and ARRT certification.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must meet health and operational requirements.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required unless an exemption is documented.
• Limited licenses are not accepted.
