Special Requirements: BLS, RDMS-OB certs required; Outpatient work setting experience required; PACS skills required; Client Viewpoint experience required; Cerner EMR preferred; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious)
Unit Details: outpatient maternal fetal medicine department within the hospital. High risk OB US, with a possibility of call on a weekend day or night 12-hr shift, might include NICU, infants, or some general/vascular studies (i.e. renal or venous doppler); Perform detailed ultrasound exams of the fetus and maternal structures, including but not limited to, first trimester, second trimester, third trimester, and specialized studies such as fetal echo, nuchal translucency (NT), amniocentesis, and Doppler studies. Document all imaging findings and procedural details in the medical record. Work closely and communicate with Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist including Perinatologist and nurse practitioners to review and interpret ultrasound results.
