Overview:The Radiology Engineering Specialist maintains medical equipment through the effective use of the department Medical Equipment Management Plan. Demonstrates proficiency and versatility in the maintenance of a wide range of medical imaging equipment and associated systems. Records all service activities associated with medical devices and sampling review of all work to ensure data compliance. Serves as the primary technical resource for assigned modality. Provides service and support to all systems. Reviews current and future inventory impact related to medical device and patient information security.Department Description:
