Under the guidance of the Director:
- Provides overall leadership for Radiology Reading Group changes across Ascension ministries, at the guidance of the Ascension Imaging Horizontal, and coordination of various Ascension Technologies teams to provide consistent radiology interpretation and billing services throughout all ministry and/or site contractual changes.
- Includes: Tracking all Radiology Read Group transition demands / projects through the Ascension Demand life cycle; Working in conjunction with the Ascension PM and Imaging teams to define project scope and fulfillment; Defining read partnership standards along with Ascension Infrastructure and Security teams to meet Ascension standards.
This is a hands-on role that includes operations and process management and coordination, etc. This is not a "people-management" role.
Responsibilities may include the following:
- Maintain Clinical Imaging demand, project, and roadmap prioritization documentation by gathering information from Ascension Imaging Horizontal, Project Management, Local Ministry Management, and Clinical Imaging teams.
- Compile/Create/Define/Maintain Billing Interface information for all existing radiology reading partners and their billing vendors in Service Now. Work with Ascension EMR and Interface teams to verify proper information is provided for radiology group billing services.
- Maintain and coordinate contract calendars for all existing radiology reading groups along with the Imaging Horizontal.
- Liaison with Imaging Horizontal and Ministry/Site COO’s for contracting standards and timeline.
- Act as primary point of contact for Clinical Imaging in Radiology Reading Group change DMNDs/PRJs, including coordinating tasks needed for completion by other Domain Owners or Project Managers.
- Create reports in ServiceNow, Tableau and/or Google Sheets for Clinical Imaging Operations and Processes.
- Escalate prioritization conflicts.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of Radiology IT experience is preferred.
