• Job Summary
• Operate specialized equipment to produce quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Must be familiar with radiation safety procedures relating to patient and self. 
• Practices radiation safety and consistently follows all established procedures to assure safety and accuracy.
• Identify each patient using dual identification and confirm proper exam is being performed.
• Responsible for delegated areas of authority in the performance of routine or special procedures.

Education and/or Experience

• Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT.

Required License/Certification/Registration

• Must be certified by and maintain current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. 
• Must have and maintain 1 or more additional radiology certification beyond ARRT registration and certification. Preferably CT.
• BLS completed within 6 months of start date required and must be maintained.

Work Schedule

• Evening/Night Shift; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • Night shift differential
  • Occasional holiday (may need to cover weekday holiday)

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. The actual hourly rate is dependent upon experience.

• $27.50 - $41.50 per hour
