Job Title: Lead Radiotherapy Engineer

Location: Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on linear accelerators and radiotherapy devices.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in radiotherapy engineering.
• 5+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of linear accelerators and radiotherapy equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
