We are on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic and skilled Railcar Repair Welder with mechanical experience to join our team in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.
*This role involves extensive travel to various job sites across different states, requiring long blocks of time away from home. *Please do not apply for this position if you are not willing to agree to travel with long blocks of time away from home.

Job Overview:
- Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and efficiency. Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding. Welding test will be given.
- Travel to various job sites in different states for extended periods
- Perform general labor tasks including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate and maintain mechanical equipment and tools
- Use of hand tools for equipment maintenance, repair, or fabrication
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding. Welding test will be given.
- Utilize an oxygen/acetylene (propane) torch for cutting and welding. Experience required.
- Proven experience in mechanical work, including familiarity with tools and machinery
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay in different states for extended periods
- Ability to constantly work in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust and noisy conditions
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and pre employment drug screen.
- Forklift, telehandler, and manlift experience preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments
- Willingness to work 40-70 hours per week
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
