En.Range, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Range Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role involves traveling extensively, approximately 90% of the time, to various job sites to perform range cleaning services. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others as part of a cohesive team. If you are motivated, eager to learn a trade, and have leadership potential, this position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement to Crew Chief.

We offer comprehensive recycling, cleaning, waste management, and restoration services to a diverse clientele that includes commercial shooting ranges, sportsmen's clubs, municipalities, law enforcement agencies, federal and state agencies, colleges, academies, universities, and the military. With a focus on efficiency and profitability, En.Range ensures that gun ranges operate cleaner and more sustainably. Our services are available nationwide, supporting the environmental and operational needs of ranges across the United States.
- Work collaboratively with team members to perform range cleaning services efficiently and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Travel frequently to various job sites via commercial airline as required by the job.
- Operate cleaning equipment and perform manual labor tasks as needed to complete range cleaning projects.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in diverse environments.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment at job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
- Participate in on-the-job training and certification programs provided by the company.
- Required:
- Conversational English skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to fly on a commercial airline.
- Valid driver's license.
- Desired:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CDL A license.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Candidates with prior US military service (veteran) are highly valued.
