Job Description:
- Familiar with EDC and RAVE core system functionality, setup, organization, processes, usage, and administration and able to use Gmail, Gcal, G-drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Having experience in using Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM) and follow documented standard operating procedures or process documents to correctly enable the incident management process within HPSM.
- Custom Integrations, Databases, and build knowledge of custom integrations, databases, and interfaces and to be familiar with custom RAVE logic used to build clinical studies in alignment with the business processes, customer group rules, and regulations.
- Experience working on validated systems within Bio Technology market.
- Review study build logic: - Review custom RAVE logic used to build clinical studies in alignment with the business processes, customer group rules, and regulations.
- Familiar with Rave EDC & Architect (study build) functionality.
- Incident management: - Provide acknowledgement, escalation, and resolution for system issues and requests
- Provide workarounds: - Upon receipt of an incident, provide a workaround or solution to allow user to move forward
- Perform root cause analysis: - Identify the technical root cause of an incident and escalate root cause to L3.
- Read, understand, and execute tasks according to tip sheets: - Follow tip-sheets to execute scripts (e.g. study integration configuration script, SAE health check script)
- Monitor study build workflows: - Monitor custom RAVE workflows used to build clinical studies to ensure alignment with the business processes, customer group rules, and regulations. Document defects or issues and work to resolve them.
- Create shared knowledge content and maintain knowledge base: - Create new knowledge content useful for all future resources according to knowledge documentation requirements. Continually maintain tip sheets, frequently asked questions, common issue responses, and all applicable knowledge documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review study build documents: - Review study build documents used to document clinical studies in alignment with the business processes, customer group rules, and regulations.
- Working experience in support projects and in Onsite – Offshore model
- Working experience in ITIL framework.
