**Your Role:**
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using proven, evidence-based techniques.
- Accurately record session data on electronic devices.
- Work closely with a dedicated clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
- Collaborate with families and other providers to ensure the success of treatment plans.
- Create a supportive and positive learning environment while maintaining precise records.

**Who We're Looking For:**
- **Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- **Skills:** Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

**Important Info:**
- Services are provided in clients' homes or community settings.
- Start with part-time hours and complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training.
