As part of Team PeopleTec’s pursuit of GSA OASIS POOL 4 Task Order Requirement Package (TORP) 24-005, “RCCTO SETA Support,” we are seeking talented incumbent personnel and fresh talent to join our team! Incumbent personnel are individuals currently supporting the U. S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO).
As part of our Ancillary Support Services team, you will deliver mission-critical services that enable RCCTO to develop and deploy rapid innovative solutions for the warfighter. In an Ancillary Services role, you will provide essential services that ensure the smooth operation and strategic alignment of various organizational functions, all aimed at supporting the RCCTO mission objectives. By enhancing operational efficiency, fostering effective communication, and ensuring compliance with regulations, these roles are vital for achieving the overall goals of the RCCTO.
Ancillary Support Services Disciplines:
- Human Resources: Support the management of military and civilian personnel by overseeing recruitment, training, benefits, and career development, ensuring the effective allocation and support of the workforce to meet mission requirements.
- Information Technology (IT): Supports the management, design, implementation, and maintenance of secure networks and infrastructure, facilitates reliable communications, and provides user support through help desk services to ensure operational readiness and data security.
- Operations: Plans, executes, and coordinates activities, develops staff processes and strategic plans, while facilitating communication across various levels of the organization to ensure effective decision-making and mission execution.
- Congressional Affairs: Serves as a vital liaison between the organization, its programs, and Congress, facilitating communication, providing information on defense policies and budgets, and ensuring alignment between legislative priorities and program objectives.
- Protocol & Event Management: Plans, coordinates, and executes official ceremonies, visits, and organizational events, ensuring adherence to established protocols, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and promoting positive relations with domestic and international partners as well as employee morale initiatives.
- Public Affairs: Supports the management and execution of communication between the organization and the public by disseminating information about RCCTO operations, policies, and initiatives, promoting transparency, and fostering public understanding and support for national defense efforts.
- Executive Administrative: Provide high-level administrative support to RCCTO leadership, helping to streamline operations and drive mission success. In this role, you will manage complex scheduling, coordinate critical communications, and oversee essential administrative tasks that ensure the smooth flow of information across departments.
