Interview:
- 2 interviews, ideally back to back days.
- Types of questions: what does the code do?
- Will ask to share github, and will ask questions about their code based off their github

Skills:
- 3-6 years of exp in ReactJS to build front end Web Application. MUST have 6 years of ReactJS exp. Could have used Angular and transitioned into ReactJS, but needs to have a strong tech knowledge of ReactJS
- Back end will be NodeJS.
- Database in MongoDB.
- They'll be converting this Web app into a mobile application, using React Native.
