Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and scalable code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Use Figma to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
- Maintain and improve company website, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct performance tests and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Work closely with QA engineers to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to manage, prioritize, and complete projects.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a React Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js, Next.js, and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
