Job Summary:
- The successful candidate will work in a cleanroom environment, utilizing in-FAB tooling and equipment to fabricate advanced semiconductor devices on 200mm silicon wafers. They will collaborate with engineers and research teams to accomplish tasks, with a focus on R&D efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Process wafers using reactive ion etch platform tools
- Develop processes and characterize wafers
- Operate reactive ion etch tools
- Work safely with chemicals and gases in a cleanroom environment
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of RIE fundamentals, tool operation, and plasma chemistry
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or processing
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- BA/BS in engineering/chemistry or equivalent
- Strong computer, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
