We are seeking to expand our Finance & Accounting team with a full-time Real Estate Accountant. In this role you will work closely with the Controller to provide accurate and timely accounting information for our growing real estate business.

What you will need to bring to this role:
- Understanding of financial statements
- Integrity, accountability, team player
- Sage / Procore knowledge (must have)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business (must have)
- 3+ years accounting experience in real estate or construction
- Live in Denver Metro Area as this is not a remote position
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts weekly, process credit card transactions
- Supervise A/P and A/R functions
- Process invoicing, record bank transactions
- Provide detailed income statement analysis
- Assist other departments with research projects
- Add bank budgets into Sage
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Process monthly Investor reporting
Salary
80,000 - 100,000 /year
