Real Estate Agent - The Ryder Team

Grow your Business:

We are seeking new or experienced natural salespeople to learn the craft of real estate and earn an awesome income. Phone sales experience is a HUGE plus. This team isn't for everyone! We will provide leads, and will teach and require you to FIND business which will included taking listings as well as working with buyers. You must be a driven, and an ambitious go getter to fit in here! We will provide full sales training on internet leads, prospecting, sphere of influence and more!

Responsibilities

• Lead generate for 10 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in our CRM
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 1+ years of real estate sales experience
