Need to get your real estate License? No Problem! We offer FREE Real Estate School with no strings attached. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be great with people, positive, detail-oriented, motivated, a good communicator, responsible, and committed to growing in a learning-based environment.
The Sales Agent works with Home Buyers and Sellers helping them to identify and purchase or sell homes. We will teach you how to work with clients at a high level and help them reach their dream homes. While this position requires you to have a real estate license prior to working with clients, we are happy to talk if you are considering a career change and are willing to get your license. We offer Free Real Estate School.
Compensation is Commission based. Part-time and full time options
Qualifications
- People-oriented, positive, learning-based
- Clean, reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High availability and flexibility to accommodate Buyer schedules
- Track record of success in customer service or real estate related
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license prior to working with clients (ask us about FREE real estate school!)
- Reside within 40 miles of Wilmington zip code 19803
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
