Real Estate Agent - Newly Licensed - The FI Team

Summary

This is an opportunity to join a real estate team as a newly licensed agent with a path to be in production within 12 weeks. In your first 3 months on the team we provide intensive agent training to ensure you know A-Z of running a successful real estate business, grow your lead database and be confident transacting deals. Upon completion of new agent training you will be provided team vetted leads. This is an amazing opportunity for someone new to the business who wants to be coached, guided and mentored to grow a successful business.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch - 12 week program
• Execute weekly lead gen - including 200+ calls, 2 open houses and database management
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Consult with sellers, get signed listing agreement and market homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Commit to team trainings and events

• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads.
• Naturally adept at handling objections.
