To be a Real Estate Agent, you should be comfortable working independently and being a self-starter. You will have control over your schedule and when you choose to work. Responsibilities
In this role, you will...
- Advise clients on every aspect of the real estate sales and purchasing process, residential, commercial, and luxury.
- Assist clients in preparing their property to put it on the market
- Creatively use marketing strategies to ensure prompt and profitable home sales
- Aid clients in the home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses
- Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests
- Become an expert in the local real estate market and stay informed on recent home sales
- Advertise your Real Estate Agent services

REQUIREMENT (BY TIME OF HIRE): Wisconsin Real Estate License - 72 hour course
