Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
Bar Admission in California.
2–5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions, particularly with developers, owners, investors, and lenders.
Practical knowledge of loans, joint ventures, LLC documents, and leases is essential.
Strong legal writing and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Candidates with prior business experience in the commercial real estate industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of real estate transactions, including financing, development, and investment matters.
Represent clients in various real estate matters, including preparation and review of transactional documents.
Provide strategic counsel on complex real estate projects.
Work closely with a team of attorneys to support ongoing client needs, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating strong client service skills.
