Job Description:
As a Real Estate Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of real estate matters, including but not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal advice and ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing arrangements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues, including zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic advice on real estate transactions and development projects.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, clients, and professionals to address legal and business issues.
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases and transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Nevada Bar.
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate law, including a strong background in commercial and residential transactions.
- Proven experience with drafting, negotiating, and managing real estate agreements.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
