The successful candidate will be tasked with managing all real estate legal activities, ensuring that our business is in compliance with all current real estate laws and regulations. Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, preferably in a corporate environment.
4. Proven experience in handling complex real estate transactions.
5. Extensive knowledge of real estate law, including lease agreements, property acquisitions, and disposals.
