As a Permanent Real Estate Attorney, you will be a key member of our legal team, providing expert advice and legal services to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and services related to residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Negotiate, draft, and review real estate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies if necessary.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Handle real estate closing procedures, including reviewing closing documents and resolving closing issues.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
- Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in real estate law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial real estate law.
- Proven experience with real estate closing procedures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the community.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
