Providence Real Estate is seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Real Estate Leasing Agent at 2211 Grand Isle Apartments in Brandon, FL. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 - $22 per hour.

YOUR ROLE

Your day will begin with warmly welcoming prospective residents and showcasing the unique features of our apartments. From conducting property tours to processing lease applications, your role revolves around providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. You'll also maintain office systems, handle apartment turnovers, and ensure smooth move-in and move-out procedures. Each interaction is an opportunity to make our community shine and leave a lasting impression on potential residents!

YOUR SCHEDULE

As a Real Estate Leasing Agent, you'll typically work Monday - Friday, with the possibility of additional shifts on most Saturdays. We ensure work-life balance by offering a day off during the week for every weekend day worked.

REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of leasing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation
• Strong closing skills
