• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Handling tasks such as obtaining, preparing, and filing documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and forms
• Proficiency in forming limited liability companies and other entities
• Preparation and management of closing checklists from letter of intent to completion of closing binders for commercial loans and acquisitions/dispositions
• Reviewing due diligence materials
