Your Purpose
you will be responsible for the management, production, review and maintenance of the Real Estate department with a focus of creating and driving strategy, product development, production goals and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, investor guidelines and lending policies, while providing exceptional financial services for our union members.
What You'll Do
- Effectively leads and supervises Real Estate department personnel, including assisting with hiring, training, reviewing, scheduling and other administrative duties
- Ensures that all organizational, operational and sales growth goals are achieved, insuring Real Estate loans are underwritten, processed, funded within investor guidelines, and timely loan disposition
- Actively participates in the on-going research and development of products & services designed to meet Credit Union needs. Seeks to continually improve the member experience through use of technology and efficient process.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Maintains complete confidentially of member, employee, and Credit Union information.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Associates degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role, or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of experience in a Manager-level role Required.
- Track record of leading and coaching the team to achieve “higher" results, including lending excellence, consistent delivery of exceptional service, and operational integrity.
- Residential underwriting, loan servicing, secondary market and investor guideline knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills required; ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
- Excellent member service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Embrace ongoing education and learn/apply new skills and software applications.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Salary Range: $108,000 - $145,000/year
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
