As a Real Estate Sales Agent on our team, youll have the opportunity to sell 20-60+ homes in your first year, potentially earning three times the median income in the areas we serve.

Responsibilities

- Call leads and attend appointments
- Attend sales meetings
- Show homes to motivated buyers following our proven processes
- Provide a white-glove service experience to homeowners looking to list their home
- Maintain your Real Estate License
- Provide an exceptional client experience by engaging with clients through phone conversations, text messaging, e-mail, and social media at all stages of the home-selling, and buying process
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are a must for this role
- Being able to travel by car with a valid U.S. drivers license is essential
- Having car insurance is a requirement
- Upholding the Core Values of New Home Collective is mandatory
- Fitting into the culture of New Home Collective is crucial
- Prior real estate experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
- Obtaining a Kentucky real estate license for continued employment is necessary, and guidance will be given
- Immediate eligibility for a real estate license is a prerequisite for consideration
- Demonstrating coachability is highly valued
