Position:

• Full-time
• In-person

Responsibilities:

• Make Offers on Properties: Build and maintain strong relationships with local realtors to effectively make offers on properties and secure the best deals.
• Local Market Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of the local market to provide insightful advice and strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients and potential buyers, offering guidance and support. 
• Construction Estimating: Apply your understanding of construction estimating to assess property values and potential costs (training provided if necessary).
• Self-Starter: Exhibit a proactive attitude and drive to excel in the real estate field, showing initiative and a strong work ethic.
• Communication: Leverage your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from clients to industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Real Estate License: Must hold a valid New Jersey real estate license.
• Essential Tools: Own a cell phone, computer, and have reliable transportation.
• Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Relationship Building: Proven track record of building relationships with local realtors and other real estate professionals.
• Driven and Approachable: Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to talk to anyone and build rapport easily.

Compensation:

•  $80,000 on target earnings made up from - $25,000 base + 1.5% commission on purchased houses
