About The Role:
As a CBRE Real Estate Services Admin, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of multiple properties or portfolios. This includes marketing, operations, and financial activities.
This job is in the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
+ Assist tenants with their needs and make sure problems are addressed quickly.
+ Perform periodic property inspections. Recommend or approve changes, repairs, and property upgrades as needed.
+ Coordinate moving tenants in and out of the property. Approve and review all tenant bills for distribution.
+ Prepare common area maintenance (CAM) dues, invoices, and related communication.
+ Manage accuracy and approve payment of vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner or client.
+ Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Obtain account receivable aging reports and begin procedures to address tenant delinquencies.
+ Prepare all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action if needed.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
+ Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or critical information.
+ Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with a master- level inquisitive demeanor.
+ Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Service Admin position is $22.12 per hour and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Service Admin position is $31.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
