Who Are We Looking For?
The Market Center Tech Trainer will be a pivotal force in driving technology training and support for both Leadership and Agents.
This role will empower Leadership to recruit top-tier agents by articulating the unique value proposition of KW Technology, while also retaining talent through impactful training and engagement. The Tech Trainer will provide light technical support to associates in the market centers and act as a key liaison between the Market Center and KW Realty International.
We seek a candidate with a blend of sales, consulting, coaching, and training experience. An individual who is not only technologically savvy but also a natural problem solver, business consultant, and people-oriented professional who operates with urgency.
This candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and effortlessly connect with others. They will be adept at understanding and leveraging technology, confidently speaking in both large and intimate group settings. They will deeply understand the Keller Williams technology ecosystem and effectively convey its opportunities to our agents.

What Will You Do?
- Empower Agents, Admins, and Staff through comprehensive training on KW Technology.
- Conduct 30 one-on-one training sessions with Agents monthly, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Facilitate Tech Assessments with Team Leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Oversee technology onboarding for new agents, setting them up for success from day one.
- Provide light technical support, ensuring agents have the tools they need to excel.
- Evaluate support requests and develop tailored education and training resources based on common FAQs.
- Deliver training through multimedia delivery methods, analyzing engagement and tech adoption metrics.
- Master the Keller Cloud Technology and communicate its advantages effectively.
- Leverage competitor insights to illustrate the competitive edge of KW technology during recruitment and agent support.
- Attend weekly calls with KWRI to stay abreast of new tech initiatives and integrate them into the Market Center’s training strategy.
- Serve as the point of contact for tech support, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Regularly update associates on tech enhancements via dynamic communication channels.
Communication & Engagement:
- Conduct a weekly tech update meeting to share the latest tech initiatives.
- Facilitate at least one training class per week to foster continuous learning.
- Provide weekly updates to MC Leadership on known issues, developments, and agent feedback.
- Share tech updates with associates through social media and email communications.
- Create engaging short training videos using platforms like Zoom or Loom.
- Post 2-3 times per week on social media, sharing tech tips, tricks, and success stories.
- Highlight “wins” in tech engagement to MC Leadership weekly.
- Participate in regional and national tech calls, contributing to a broader community of practice.
- Engage in Monthly All-Agent Sales Meetings to foster collaboration.

Compensation
The Market Center Technology Trainer is a salaried role with a competitive range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities and the chance to participate in our Profit Share program.
