We are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions, providing legal advice and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.
2. Conduct comprehensive due diligence for real estate transactions, including reviewing title documents, surveys, and environmental reports.
3. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, leasing, financing, and development.
4. Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation, if necessary.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and timely completion of real estate transactions.
6. Keep abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on real estate transactions.
4. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and conducting due diligence.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
