- Recall Reimbursement Analyst
- Automotive Recall/Campaign Reimbursement Analyst needed to work in the Consumer Affairs Department in Irvine, CA.
- Pay: $29/hr
- Hybrid position: 2 days per week remote.
- This role is best-suited for someone with experience working in automotive service or repair (e.g. dealership or aftermarket). A preferred candidate is someone who wants to pursue a career working for an automotive distributor or is interested in transitioning into an office work environment. This position is a unique introduction into the business operations of an automotive distributor, including warranty administration and customer service. Candidates may expect to gain valuable experience managing administrative tasks in a large corporate work environment.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Review customer requests for reimbursement of repair (parts and labor) expenses.
- Analyze repair orders and Technical Service Bulletins to determine if services rendered are consistent with the condition and/or causal parts listed within a given Technical Service Bulletin
- Contact dealership and third-party repair facilities to validate or seek additional information regarding repairs performed
- Contact owners directly to request additional information regarding reimbursement requests and, to provide updates on the status of reimbursement requests
- Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Automotive technical repair or automotive service experience
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management and excellent organization skills
