Job Description:
- Measurements to support the GR&R analysis of the inspection routines
- Create standardized work instructions and report templates to ensure high quality and robust inspection process
- Hands-on support of Incoming Inspection to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of received products
- Promote cooperation and teamwork within the quality control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination
Must Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- Demonstrated experience using Calypso.
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Preferred skills
-Experience in using Zone3, and MeasureMind software.
-1+ year of experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment.
-Experience with SolidWorks.

Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V for the Manufacturing Technical Operations division located in Houston, TX.
- The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will create metrology programs using CALYPSO and/or Zone3 software for the inspection of surgical products using Zeiss CMMs and OGP Visual Measurement Systems within the quality organization.
- Measurements to support the GR&R analysis of the inspection routines
- Create standardized work instructions and report templates to ensure high quality and robust inspection process
- Hands-on support of Incoming Inspection to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of received products
- Promote cooperation and teamwork within the quality control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination
