Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties typically working out of a
central warehouse. Uses paper and/or computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. (Un)packs or (un)wraps items such
as raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc. Verifies quantity,
weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system,
processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of
lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations. May operate tier forklift truck or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform
to storage or work area

Qualifications:
• Know and understand company and department policies and safety procedures.
• Receive packages from various carries, i.e., Fed-Ex and UPS.
• Open boxes, verify parts against packing slip and verify certification on hardware.
• Visually inspect parts or hardware.
• Receive parts or hardware into system.
• Tag parts and forward to stockroom.
• Other various duties as needed or assigned.
Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions.
