Leadership Summary:
The Receiving Inventory Manager role is to support and drive strategic activities, in order to maintain and improve the business performance goals defined by HUXWRX Safety Co. Optimize communication systems between departments and companies by aligning cross-functional teams to deliver desired value. You will be expected to be a result driven leader who is an aggressive learner in a rapidly changing environment. You must be a market savvy, exceptional communicator, technical expert, and supply chain expert. The Receiving Inventory Manager is expected to be process and principle driven leader, understanding the complete business door to door. As a Receiving Inventory Manager, you will have the ability to drive process and product improvements that will improve the business by improving inventory accuracy, customer on time delivery, receiving inventory quality, eliminate shrinkage, and other key metrics.
As the Receiving Inventory Manager, you must fully understand the business dynamics and performance expectations of HUXWRX and unique customer verticals regarding Commercial, L.E., Mission, International, and Ecommerce. Your ability to translate complex assemblies, create and compile internal data into understandable actions or needs to improve customer experience is essential. Must maintain strict adherence to all HUXWRX company standards and ATF rules and regulations.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Measure and present Key Performance Indicators concerning customer values of Delivery, Quality, Inventory Accuracy and Responsive communication.
- Ability to prioritize needs with current business conditions and resources.
- Ability to communicate product fulfillment, to meet customer delivery deadlines and expectations.
- Highly competent in SAP Business One. Must pass all relevant online training modules within 6 months of hire date.
- Ability to lead or be part of teams using the scientific method to address and solve problems (DMAIC, PDCA), creating clarity of issues and focus. Training will be provided.
- Audit, compile and present department performance summary; monthly and quarterly or as required.
- Present all performance information in detail internally and if required, externally.
- Be aware of new product release, training material, support documents technical information
- Communicate and update required forms for products, marketing collateral and programs.
- Schedule meetings to meet target dates with committed action items and follow-up.
- Provide or request resources to perform required tasks from responsible departments.
- Extensive technical knowledge of HUXWRX product and competitors.

- Manufacturing lead-times related to capacity, raw material, work force

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Project and product management expertise and experience.
- Understanding of multi variable analysis.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain.
- Proficient in SAP Business One, CRM, Microsoft Suite and Project Manager (Gantt or suitable project management software).
- Understand internal resources and business costs to maintain profitability.
- Benchmark existing world class manufacturing Inventory/Receiving Managers.
- Change agent/management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Continuous learning regarding lean, Six Sigma, Operating Systems, ERP and New Technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience

- Location: Main office in Millcreek, UT
- Full-time, office (NOT a remote position)
