Reception/Administrative Assistant
Our clientis looking to hire a Reception/Administrative Assistant on a potential contract to hire basis to provide front desk administrative supportfor their busy Newton office. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 1 year of office experience with answering phones, upkeep of office and be able handle day-to-day administrative duties upon request. Candidate must be reliable, confident, motivated, have a sense of urgency, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and can work well under pressure.
Contract Compensation:$23-$25 per hour*
*rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Applicantsmust be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Newton, MAto be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, meeting/greeting visitors, filing, sorting, keeping office tidy and kitchen stocked and handling any day-to-day administrative duties/projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be reliable, driven and a self-starter
- Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
- 1 year of office experience
