Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated administrative assistant to join our team as a receptionist and administrative assistant. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers whether in person or over the phone, directing them to the appropriate staff member or addressing their inquiries. This person will also provide support to our Accounts Receivable team through data entry and invoice creation. Many successful receptionists move into a more advanced role with the Accounts Receivable team.
Successful candidates enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a busy environment, demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You should be a quick learner who enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities to help achieve team goals.
During the interview process, you will take a simple assessment to evaluate your current skills in Microsoft Office applications. Additional proprietary software will be part of your daily tasks, and comprehensive training will be provided on those systems.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
