Job Description:
Built on our corporate values of teamwork and work ethic, Johnson Brothers of Nebraska has grown to become the largest distributor of wine and craft beer in the state of Nebraska. Operating since 2006, the organization boasts a first-class portfolio that features many of the industry’s finest wine, spirits, and beer brands. Additionally, Johnson Brothers is the only statewide distributor to provide delivery to customers across the Cornhusker state.
This position is responsible for receiving, screening and routing all incoming calls, greeting visitors and vouchering accounts payable invoices.
Principal duties include:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering calls and rapidly responding to inquires or requests while maintaining a service-orientated and friendly demeanor to include inputting the order for the customer.
- Key, track, and coordinate payables through the voucher system.
- Send, receive, and distribute mail.
- Provide administrative support to departments as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Greeting customers and 3rd party drivers.
- Handling cash transactions.
- Answering customer order calls
- Assist sales management team as needed.
- Performing general filing and scanning duties.
- Handling other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications; Excel and Powerpoint a must.
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Detail orientation.
- Punctuality and good attendance a must.
- AS400 experience a plus.
