As the Administrative Assistant you will be performing clerical and administrative tasks to help our organization run smoothly. Core ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right office personnelCoordinate and oversee office activities, such as answering the main phone line, responding to email inquiries, assisting Leadership with correspondence, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and cateringEnsure office areas are tidy and organized, including reception and common areasMaintain a polite, helpful, and professional mannerAssist with the coordination and organization of internal eventsManage schedules for conference and community spacesMonitor and request inventory for office and break room suppliesManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages and faxesAssist accounting with the processing of customer orders, billing, scanning and filingSubmitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment, as directedHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerAdditional ResponsibilitiesAdheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesAs part of a small office team, perform other duties as assignedKnowledge and Skill PreferencesAssociate's degree in business administration or relatable administrative training may be advantageousProven excellence as an administrative assistant, office administrator, receptionist, or other relevant position within a manufacturing environmentExperience and ability to effectively operate a multi-line phone systemPractical experience with CRM and/or accounting software (i.e. Sage, Epicor, ERP system), helpful Practical experience with CRM and/or accounting software, such as Sage, helpfulHigh degree of personal integrity and confidentialityKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsPositive attitude and ability to build relationships with customers and colleaguesKeen attention to detailProblem-solving and basic troubleshooting skillsWorking ConditionsThis position typically operates in a professional, business casual office environmentStandard office hours (e.g., 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday), occasional overtime may be required based on business needExcellent attendance is requiredSitting and standing for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 20lbsPI2a48aa337351-25660-35881354
