Receptionist, Administrative Assistant
The Receptionist will manage reception at the front desk of our corporate office as well as provide administrative support to our Human Resources Shared Services team.
What will you be doing at American Senior Communities?
- Responsible for additional duties as front desk receptionist on a part-time basis, greeting all employees and guests at the main entrance of the corporate office.
- Answering a multi-circuit telephone, responding to questions from internal and external customers.
- Processing of Electronic Data Sheet (EDS) both paper and electronic.
- Assist with scanning and uploading of paper files and information into the employee’s electronic file.
- Assists employee file audits which may include new hires, I-9, Licensure checks, Health & Hospital Corporation (HHC) audits.
- May perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Six months of customer service experience or reception.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS.
