Established Kinston, NC business is seeking a versatile and organized individual to join their team as a Receptionist/Administrative staff member.

$15.00/hour

This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documents
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide support to team members
