Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Newark, NJ – $22 p/h

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and emails
• Meet and greet tenants and visitors when filling in for Front Desk Receptionist
• Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews
• Maintaining tenant files
• Mailings
• Other administrative duties as needed

Requirement include:

• Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
• Experience in affordable housing is a plus
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and self- starter attitude
• Good computer and interpersonal skills

Hours:  8:30 – 5:00, Monday - Friday
