About the Job
Manages front desk reception traffic, and phone calls to the main company phone number. High phone call traffic and routing of calls to all of our offices throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Supports the agency by providing administrative functions directed by Management.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
:
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, etc.
Arrange catering for staff luncheons and meetings, as well as committee and board meetings
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
Perform other functions as assigned by management
Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Good written and oral communication
- Working Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good time management
- Active Listening
- Reading Comprehension
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience running a busy front desk and multiple phone lines
- Minimum 1 year of administrative assistance experience
