We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual to work in an upscale office environment in the Financial District of San Francisco. This is an opportunity to advance your business skills and progress. We will train you.
The position requires performing receptionist, administrative, and clerical duties that include working on an active telephone switchboard, greeting clients, directing visitors to their room, updating calendars, and receiving and distributing daily mail.
The ideal candidate must possess a professional and friendly demeanor, have a pleasant voice, be articulate, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.
We are a team of trained receptionists providing outsourced receptionist services. We are trained to understand different businesses as part of their staff and give callers the utmost care and attention.
We have a full-time position available. The hours are weekdays from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Candidates who can work in our Burlingame location as well will have preference.
The pay rate is $22 per hour, with pay increases every 6 months conditional on performance.
Health insurance benefits and two-weeks of vacation per year are provided. A 401k is available after 1000 hours of service.
