Receptionist - Administrative Assistant - Sunset Cadillac of Venice

Full-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to create a great first impression for our Sunset Cadillac of Venice store.

Receptionist-Administrative Assistant Duties

In this vital role, you will be the person who often makes the first impression of our dealership to many of our valued clients, both over the phone and in person. As the Sunset Cadillac receptionist, you will be:

• Greeting customers warmly and directing them appropriately
• Answering a multi-line phone system, paging associates and transferring calls
• Completing general office and clerical duties, including scanning and filing
• Other duties as needed to keep our operation running smoothly

Receptionist-Administrative Assistant Requirements

This key position supports all departments of our dealership and interacts with many of our valued clients, so professionalism with all coworkers and guests is extremely important. The ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a helpful, calm, and friendly presence is also vital for the person in this busy role. Some specifics include:

• Full-time position. 9:00 - 6:00 Monday - Friday with option for overtime.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public-facing roles and multi-line phone systems
• Dependability is a must
• Professional appearance and phone etiquette essential
• Previous office experience and computer knowledge required
• Accounting/Administrative Assistant Experience helpful, but not required
