administrative and clerical support to relieve departmentmanagers or
staff of administrative details. Check in visitors, schedule
appointments, share information to callers, file maintenance, manage
office supplies inventory, and handle mail.May be assigned to various
functional areas of the company. Nature of Duties: Provides Excel/Google
spreadsheet and Worddocumentation support Researches, complies and proof
reads Word and Excel files Copying and filing of documents Running
various reports for support departments Assisting departments with data
entry and other clerical support Additional duties as assigned including
occasional production support. Computer skills required Education and
Experience: Must have computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Google
Docs a plus Previous Clerical, Customer Service, Office experience a
